I started working at 13 with a paper route. I have not stopped since. Thirty years of professional experience, 25 of them in luxury and high-ticket environments, have given me a front-row education in what separates the people who get promoted from the people who get passed over.
I was the only female broker at my Marcus & Millichap location. I have sat on executive and nonprofit boards. I have advised high-ticket sales teams and watched revenue grow from $2 million a year to over $1 million a month. I have built companies and teams from the ground up, across real estate, finance, and B2B sales.
What I learned in those rooms is that credentials open doors. Presence determines what happens once you walk through them.
